Reservation Fee: There is a 5% reservation fee for all reservations.
Deposits: Two nights lodging is due at the time of booking. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival, and 45 days prior to arrival during Holiday time period. Other add-ons, such as lift tickets and other activities, may have unique deposit and cancellation requirements. You are renting a private mountain home from Alpine Resort Properties which requires a $55.00 non-refundable security deposit. This security deposit may be paid by credit card, check or money order 30 days prior to your arrival. All deposits are held in interest bearing accounts and interest is retained by Allegiant Management, LLC. *Note: Guests staying at homes located in the Elk Run Subdivision (House on Elk Trail, House at Moose Crossing, or the Dakota house) must pay the non refundable $55.00 security deposit and also a refundable $500.00 security deposit. The $500.00 refundable security deposit will be refunded in the form of a check 30-60 days post departure.
Cancellations: Traveler’s insurance is highly recommended to cover documental unforeseen circumstances. Reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the initial deposit. Reservations cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival will be subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. Reserved accommodations not used due to late arrival, early departure or "No Show" are not refundable. The deposits will be held in an interest bearing account; accrued interest will remain property of Allegiant Management, LLC/Alpine Resort Properties, LLC.
Tax and Surcharges: All rates are per night. Tax of 14% is not
included. Dates, rates, and tax are subject to change without notice.
Minimum night stays are required.
Pets: Only those properties designated as "pet friendly" will
allow pets of any kind. Pet friendly properties will require at
non-refundable $55.00 security deposit. Please respect our
homeowners and associations' "no pet" policies and consider future
guests who have allergies. Pets must not be left alone on the
property and must be picked up after. Any violation of pet policies
will result in a minimum of $250 fee plus any additional cleaning
cost and/or damage repair cost. We are required to strict adherence
of these policies. This property is not a "pet friendly" property.

Maximum Occupancy: More than maximum occupancy will NOT be
allowed.
Travel Insurance: Alpine Resort Properties offers and highly
recommends travel insurance, which may be purchased up until 30 day
prior to arrival.
